By downloading or using Edixa ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Edixa lets you edit and enhance photos using AI models. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for having the rights to edit and share them.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that depicts other people without their consent, or that you do not have the right to use. You agree not to use the App to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful imagery, or to impersonate others.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

• Edixa Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a weekly or yearly basis.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews, and your account is charged the renewal price within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase and may vary by region.

4. AI-generated results

AI output is probabilistic and may not always match your expectations. Edits are provided "as is" without warranty as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You grant Edixa a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the editing service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
